I am Hayley, your gardener and lover of all things green!

I am a Lititz resident, wife and mom to two little girls. I am also an artist and designer. When I'm not busy creating magic in the garden, you'll often find me chasing my two little girls, cooking and painting in my art studio.

I specialize in growing organic microgreens, fresh food and edible flowers. I grow four types of organic microgreens - Broccoli, Pea Shoots, Radish and Sunflower. These Microgreens are grown indoors all year long and are available for purchase. I also grow different types of vegetables and fruits as well as edible flowers which include Pansies, Violas, Marigolds and Nasturtiums.

Because it is very important to me and my family, all of my veggies, fruit, microgreens and flowers are organically grown. I rely on natural, sustainable methods like building heathy soil with compost, using organic seeds, utilizing companion planting and managing pests without synthetic chemicals.
